Shipping methods
The shipping policy of our e-shop is competitive and designed specifically for the needs of our customers.
1.Courier company
Orders are delivered within Greece by ACS Courier within 2-4 working days if the products are immediately available. If it is about hard-to-reach areas, the time can reach up to 4-5 working days.
For orders up to 3 kg, shipping costs are €4.
For each additional kilo, the order is extra charged with €1.10/kilo.
Hard-to-reach areas: For orders up to 3 kg, shipping costs are €7.50.
For each additional kilo, the order is extra charged with €1.50/kilo.
For international shipping, we work with DHL and the lead time is 4-6 working days
2. Shipping with a transport company
Shipping with a transport company can be used within Attica and the collection by the client takes place exclusively from their premises: Parodos Themidos 25, Tavros 18233 (Daratsianos Transport) For Orders 0-10kg the shipping fee is 6 €.
3. Pickup from our physical store in Sternes area, Chania
In the event that you have chosen to receive your order from the physical store of PALLADA PROJECT EE, you will be notified by phone or email from our partners about the availability of your order and the scheduling of its receipt.Your order will be available for 5 working days from your notification.If you do not receive your order within 5 days, for business reasons, it will be automatically cancelled.

*The delivery time is indicative, refers to working days from the date of delivery to the Courier company and may vary depending on the conditions.
*Orders placed before 10:00 am are processed the same day, while after this time they are processed the next day.
*Orders placed on Friday after 10:00 am and throughout the weekend are processed on Monday.
*Delivery times refer to working days, Monday to Friday.
*Our company is not responsible for any delays in the delivery of the ordered products, which are not due to its fault or constitute force majeure events, such as problems in the road network, severe weather, strikes, etc.

1. Credit Card
You can make your order payment with complete security and confidentiality using a Visa/Mastercard, easily and quickly.
2. Deposit to a bank account
You can deposit the money for your order to one of our company accounts.

Important! Mention your name and order number in your deposit. In case of choosing to deposit into a bank account, the amount must be deposited no later than 4 working days from the date of the order, otherwise the order is automatically cancelled.
3. Cash on delivery, available only within Greece
In case of cash on delivery, payment is made upon delivery of your order to the partner courier company with extra fee 1,90€.
